Once we receive an agency appointment, our operators will send daily reports regarding fresh movements of vessels and updated port information with estimated berthing, discharging/loading and sailing schedules. Before the actual port declaration, our operators will provide port information, storeyard conditions, weather forecasts, and all related information relevant to the vessel and region on a daily basis. From the port declaration until vessel departure, the daily reports provided by our operators are all based on the most current information regarding the vessel. Our operators also provide professional advice to ensure maximum savings and minimal time in port for our clients. Additionally, our Disbursement Department provides a disbursement report after the vessel's departure based on its movements in port from the moment the vessel arrives to the moment it sails. The disbursement report is referred to as “D/A Tracking,” which was developed to allow our clients to monitor and avoid all questionable charges.
The vessel information provided by clients and regional information collected by our people allow our Operation Department to select the ports that are most suitable to our clients' interests and concerns. Port information combined with comparisons of former operations will also be provided to help clients to make suitable decisions regarding port selections.
